It is the policy of Free Market Brokers & Consulting to help individuals with their questions or concerns, however, our time is valuable and we cannot devote excess time to repeat concerns, questions or idle chit chat. We do value your business and we welcome the opportunity to serve you through your venture. ALL new accounts will receive a predetermined amount of time, for speaking with representatives. Further question or concerns will need to be mailed, faxed, or emailed to our main contact information. Further one on one time can be purchased as mentioned in your booklet.

It is our policy to only ship to the purchasing party, unless notified in writing by the purchaser otherwise. All shipments are mailed out within 7 to 14 Business days.

It is the policy of Free Market Brokers & Consulting that under no circumstance will we undertake previous clients that we have terminated from our program or list.

It is our policy that ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE.

 
 
It is also the policy of our firm NOT to provide services/products until payment is received in full. Some services or product offers require form to be filled out in full before services/products can be completed, if this is the case we can not complete our service product agreement until this is returned to us in full. Failure to return documentation after 30 days of issuance will terminate ALL agreements and conclude business between you the client and Free Market Brokers & Consulting. If that is the situation you will have to restart the entire process and repurchase your program.

It is the policy of Free Market Brokers & Consulting that customers are first come first serve, and even though we will try to get your product or service provided by the stated time, sometimes we may not meet the required time frame.
